We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

  • The Business Development Strategist will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to attract new clients.
  • They will identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  3. Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
