About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Execution Strategist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a Business Execution Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving business success and ensuring that our operations align with our strategic goals.

Job Summary
  • We are looking for a talented individual who can identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change management activities across the organization.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in HR operations and/or payroll, preferably with Workday.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in various business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience writing clear and accurate business requirements.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, both written and verbal, communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Benefits

As a Business Execution Strategist at Wells Fargo, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
