**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for researching and understanding customer needs, developing sales strategies, and working with the team to ensure sales goals are achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new customers and increase sales to existing customers
- Utilize CRM to track and manage customer accounts
- Analyze customer requirements and provide product solutions
- Research and identify potential markets/leads for the company’s products
- Identify and upsell additional products and services to customers
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Do retrospective with team, give customer feedback, share problems in product/services, if any

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a direct-to-consumer-based company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem
- Have used CRM tools, Excel, Word docs

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
