Administrative Coordinator

Educational Qualification:
a) Bachelor's degree or higher or Equivalent
Preferable Experience:
b) 04-08 years and above work experience as Administrative Coordinator
c) Experience in managing correspondence between the departments and as well as inter-office communication.
d) Experience in co-ordination between department employees and higher authorities.
- Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Managing the data, the office requires to function. The nature of this data depends on office / administrative requirements, and it can involve collaboration within the IT department and other departments as well.
- Knowledge on market research and industry trends and then present such information to higher authorities in a way that makes their decision easy.
- Co-ordination between department employees and higher authorities.
- Managing correspondence between the departments and as well as inter-office communication.
- Preparing the presentations on behalf of the IT Department and presented to the Elected Representatives / Competent Authority and Government officials.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
