Position Overview:
An Administrative Coordinator is a professional who is charged with creating and executing schedules, managing budgets, communicating with staff or clients who need assistance, and keeping organized records. They are responsible for taking care of the facility operations.

Position Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our employees and vendors. Administrative Coordinator responsibilities include supporting regular office operations, screening phone calls and scheduling internal meetings. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Position Requirements
- Maintain the attendance tracker for Security, Housekeeping and electricians.
- Maintain and update the inventory tracker.
- Ensuring the day-to-day facility operations.
- Ensuring the cafeteria operations.
- Attending the complaints from employees which are related to housekeeping.
- Preparing the regular reports.
- Auditing the inventory consumption report periodically.
- Preparing the shift roster.
- Ensuring the meeting arrangements.
