Level Up, a vertical of Bitsport Pvt. Ltd., is a leading sports academy specializing in a variety of sports such as badminton, pickleball, and more. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic **Administrative Frontline Coordinator** to join our team. This role is crucial in managing front-office operations while also passionately promoting our sports facilities and coaching excellence to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Office Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and sports enthusiasts as they enter the academy.
- Handle scheduling and appointment bookings for coaching sessions and facility usage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and administrative tasks.
- **Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Actively engage with prospective clients, explaining our facilities, coaching programs, and membership options.
- Provide detailed information about our sports programs, coaching excellence, and facilities to potential customers.
- Conduct facility tours and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our academy.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate with coaches and other staff to schedule sessions and manage facility usage.
- **Weekend Operations**:

- Be available to work during weekends, as this is our peak time for client engagement and sports activities.
- Ensure a high level of service and support during busy weekend hours.

**Qualifications**:

- **Enthusiasm for Sports**: A genuine interest in sports, with the ability to passionately convey the benefits of our programs to potential clients.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working during weekends and flexible with working hours as needed.
