**Objective**:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales targets. This position requires cold calling on commercial accounts in the field to generate new permanent sales. The role involves detailed research and establishment of new contacts, negotiation of contracts, and follow-up of leads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage sales pipeline and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments for post sales effort.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and target markets.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving targets.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100+ of calls per day.
- Skilled at negotiation and understanding of basic sales principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
- Standard office hours with occasional overtime as needed to meet sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
