Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Digital Transformation

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
 Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, understanding prospect pain points, and identifying opportunities for **INNOIRA's **digital transformation solutions.

 Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and value-added interactions.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of **INNOIRA's **digital transformation solutions.

 Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiation and deal closure.

 Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales metrics and performance.

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.

 Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market needs and customer requirements to drive product development and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirement:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

 3-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital transformation industry.

 Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

 Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

 Team player with a collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization.

 Passion for technology and digital transformation, with a desire to stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in the industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
