Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Digital Transformation

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, understanding prospect pain points, and identifying opportunities for **INNOIRA's **digital transformation solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and value-added interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of **INNOIRA's **digital transformation solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiation and deal closure.
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, and provide accurate and timely reporting on sales metrics and performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market needs and customer requirements to drive product development and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital transformation industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization.
Passion for technology and digital transformation, with a desire to stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in the industry.
**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
