**Summary**:
The B2C Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective students via phone, understanding their educational aspirations, and guiding them through the process of securing a Prodigy Finance loan for their international masters studies. This role demands a persuasive communicator with strong sales acumen and the ability to build rapport remotely.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:
- Contact prospective students generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads based on their eligibility for Prodigy Finance loans and study plans.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- **Sales Consultation and Conversion**:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand student needs and financial circumstances.
- Address student concerns and overcome objections with compelling arguments.
- Persuasively guide students towards choosing Prodigy Finance for their education financing.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students even after loan disbursement.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Consistently strive to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
- Actively participate in sales training and development programs.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a phone-based environment.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Strong active listening skills to understand student needs and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
