Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 5-6 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Educational Qualification**: MBA (preferred)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
