Inside Sales Officer

**Duties**:
- Create and promote a strong brand image, creating a brand that people recognize and are loyal to
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual key metrics
- Meet or exceed sales quota
- Help generate unique leads
- Develop and maintain the sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Help develop new business and cultivate current clients
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key industry contacts
- Establish and manage effective record-keeping systems
- Manage relationships with external contacts
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Generate, track, and report on sales metrics
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Provide client support
- Use personal and team contact information to effectively manage all sales activities
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote the company through cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting, generating new business and ensuring that current opportunities are maximized
- Establish and maintain relationships with a network of decision-makers in assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Initiate contact with prospective transferees
- Oversee deal-structuring, contract negotiations, and closing
- Oversee all activities related to the sale including follow-up
- Research potential clients and deals
- Develop and maintain files of contacts
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including phone calls and appointments
- Report daily on sales activity and pipeline
- Perform other tasks or duties requested by management
**Qualification**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside sales, preferably in the BPO or service-based industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
- Creative and passion for innovation.
