- Roles and Responsibility
- Responsibilities:
- 8+ Years of experience in P&C and Life Insurance solution design
- Very good understanding of P&C AND Life insurance market trends and strategies planned by insurance organizations.
- The role will also involve working closely with RPA, AI, Data Analytics & other horizontal practices to develop insurance POCs such as claims automation, predictive models etc.
- Key Responsibilities include Business Development, RFP, Proposal Response, Knowledge management, Marketing, Sales support, effort estimation, staffing plan, pricing.
- Handling end to end Pre-Sales activities for Proactive deals and RFPs, RFIs
- Analyze requirements, develop proposal and provide solution by assembling information such as project objectives, implementation methods and plans, resources, budget.
- Work closely with the technical and project management team to define strategy and draft a winning proposal
- Work closely with the sales team, solution architects, and client team to support the technical solution, and articulate business value for the customers
- Identify new opportunities with existing accounts by understanding their needs and upcoming market trends
- Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain our value proposition
- Work on financial models and pricing on the projects of different engagement models
- Prepare Business Solutions presentations and demonstrations, working with technical solutions team to build POCs
- Build Go-To-Market Strategies for various offerings across including deployment & commercial models
- Create collateral for offerings, solutions, marketing, and sales support
- Engage and work with sales and technology practices to develop and execute yearly BU strategy and GTM plans
- Closely work with marketing team for all marketing initiatives for the Business unit
- Knowledge management - Create, update and manage all the proposal, sales and offerings related materials

Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- MBA Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT
- Must have experience into Business Development (Sales/ Pre-Sales/ Solutions/ Bid Management)
- Insurance domain knowledge is a must
