Calling potential customers to explain our products and services and generating leads
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
Understanding customer needs and requirements and providing them with appropriate solutions
Liaising with the Pre Sales team and providing them with regular updates on the status of leads and current market trends
Achieving set targets for generated leads and converted sales
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions and transactions
Reporting on call statistics and lead conversion rates to management
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
