Job Description:
1. Extending cordial and professional welcome to all visitors, clients and employees.

2. Handling enquiries efficiently, attending phone calls, taking message and following up when necessary.

3. Manage and organize schedules, appointments and meetings for Partners, Executives and Team members.

5. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure proper documentation and data organization.

6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

7. Help with office supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels and making orders as needed.

8. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

9. Support HR with administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

10. Handle Social Media pages of the firm effectively.

11. Perform general administrative duties to support the overall operation of the office.
- Timely creation and delivery of invoices, systematic follow up for payments and maintaining accurate records of all communication related to the same.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Malayalam).
- A positive attitude, a team player mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
