**Responsibilities**:
Industry: Real Estate
Preferred Gender: Female
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls efficiently within the real estate sector.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone communication.
- Cultivate profitable customer relationships through consistent follow-up calls.
- Offer detailed property information to ensure client satisfaction and understanding.
- Arrange client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among team members.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- This role is office-based.
