**Job Summary**
Urgent Job Opening - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with a reputed Real Estate Service Company - OCUS Group
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handling customer complaints & provide solutions.
- Coordination with CRM Team.
- Follow up outstanding payment.
- Responsible for client collection & recoveries.
- Knowledge of handing over/ Possession of Projects.
- Facilitate customer for registration & other legal related documentation.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- _**Excellent knowledge of FarVision ERP is a must.**_
- Managing customers account and handling all documentation related to the property.
- Handling clients and introducing the project to them via face to face meetings and marketing activities.
- Direct interaction with sales people to manage their CRM Sales Co-ordination
- Plays an important role between client and developer in solving their day to day queries on time.
- Responsible for all kind of operational work
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum experience of 3+ Years in Real Estate Industry is required.
- Knowledge of Far vision Software is must.
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry and Gurgaon locations
- Excellent in MS-Office Good communication skills (Read, Write & Speak)
**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
