CRM Executive

As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maximizing customer retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance and support.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Managing client databases and keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conducting client satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyzing CRM data to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
