**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze lead data.
**Sales Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and goals.
- Provide CRM support to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
**Customer Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.
- Regularly audit and clean the database to ensure data integrity.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
**CRM Optimization**:
- Customize and configure CRM software to align with sales processes.
- Implement best practices to ensure efficient use of CRM tools.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with teams to improve satisfaction levels.
**Upsell Opportunities**:
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
**Training and Support**:
- Provide training to sales teams on CRM usage and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to address queries and challenges related to CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or CRM-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on data accuracy.
