**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update customer/client databases with accurate information.
- Operate and manage CRM software to track customer/ client interactions and data.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for improving customer experience.
- Segment customer/ client base for targeted marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to CRM processes and systems.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
