*Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer interactions and improve customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

*Customize and configure CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to meet the specific needs and requirements of the edge band manufacturing industry.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with business objectives.

*Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.

*Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, customer segmentation strategies, and personalized communication strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

*Train employees on CRM best practices, tools, and processes to promote adoption and proficiency across the organization.

*Monitor and evaluate CRM system performance, generating reports and analytics to measure key metrics and KPIs.

*Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to CRM and customer experience management.

*Troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and liaise with IT department or vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.

*Maintain data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
