**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound client calls within the real estate sector.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries via telephone communication.
- Cultivate profitable customer relationships through consistent follow-up calls.
- Provide detailed property information to clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Foster seamless communication and teamwork among team members.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- This role is office-based.
