- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to enhance overall company performance.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product/service offerings and sales strategies.
- **Achieve Targets**:

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Work towards continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies.

**Salary**: ₹10,144.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
