**JOB Responsibilities**
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within specified timelines.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote product/service offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of clients to drive interest and close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities effectively through proper pipeline management, including accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business agreements and achieve sales objectives.
- Sales Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales contracts, and progress reports, using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to continually refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated success and experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a similar industry or field.
- Motivation and Target-Driven: Highly motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a track record of consistent performance in sales roles.
- Selling and Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to sell products or services effectively, negotiate terms and agreements, and close deals successfully.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Effective prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and focus efforts on high-priority sales opportunities.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of diverse audiences, showcasing products or services effectively.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, while remaining open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Education: A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience in sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
