Our client is a MNC and worldwide leader for manufacturing and marketing various imaging and optical products.
- The Job
This position is responsible for successfully managing SalesForce sales and marketing cloud deployments.
- Implementation and customization: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Sales Force CRM, Marketing & Sales Cloud to align with business needs. Customize the system to optimize sales processes, workflows, and reporting.
- Data management: Oversee data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM. Implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Drive adoption across Business Units: Facilitate adoption among various business units (printer, camera, copier, and production printers) on CRM functionality by showcasing best practices. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Sales Force CRM/Sales & Marketing Cloud with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and improved efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain robust reporting capabilities within Sales Force. Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data to drive sales performance and strategic decision-making.
- Security and compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect CRM data. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Your Profile
- 3 years of experience minimum in sales + marketing roles
- Minimum 6 years of experience with CRM and SalesCloud
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Sales Force CRM implementation, administration, and management.
- Stakeholder management: Proven track record of implementing solutions in a matrix business environment which involves multiple stakeholders across various functions (Business Unit/Legal/IT)
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
