Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and qualify potential leads
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
