**Role Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant to assist our senior management team with project coordination, business analysis, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up for project updates from various stakeholders
- Prepare excel sheet for business analysis and timelines
- Regularly prepare presentations and business communications for meeting
- Accompany seniors to meetings, take notes in meetings and prepare minutes
- Manage calendars and scheduling across organisation
- Seek appointments and prepare business itineraries

**Required Qualification and Skills**:

- MBA, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Finance.
- A background in engineering will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in advanced Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High IQ and general knowledge, with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Communication: 1 year (preferred)
- Business analysis: 1 year (preferred)
- Report Preparation: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
