**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage Content on LMS - Day-to-day backend tasks, including creating new products, daily content uploads, and ensuring up-to-date content. Maintain backups.
- Handle YouTube operations - Oversee YouTube content, create sessions, and upload videos regularly on our channel. Engage with the YouTube community.
- Manage testimonial content, coordinating with the team for creation and sharing on social media platforms.
- Perform regular file editing tasks using various software.
- Utilize MS Office for daily operations.

**Technical Skills**:

- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of basic YouTube operations.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.

**Soft Skills**:

- Detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Critical thinking skills for content review.
- Display ownership qualities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute new ideas.
- Adaptability to meet evolving team needs.

**Qualifications**:Minimum graduate with at least 50% marks

**Years of Experience**:1+ years of relevant experience in the ed-tech industry.

**Job Location**: Panchkula, Haryana

**Shift timings**: Day Job | Full Time

**Week Offs**: Rotational

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
