Customer Support Agent

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Content Management: Handling the backend activities: Uploading of the content made on a day to-day basis; Updating them on all the social media platforms; editing videos using various software; Keeping a backup of all the study material on a day-to-day basis;
- Coordinating mock interviews, Toppers Interview with the selected students and maintaining a record of the same;
- Working on MS Office on a daily basis.

- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Basic Knowledge of Computers, Good Typing Speed, Decent knowledge of the social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
