You will be the face of the company “EduRev”, interacting with students through different platforms, explaining to them about the product(s) and understanding their problems & requirements. - Troubleshoot the problems faced by the users & communicate the same to the internal teams. - Guide the internal team as per the feedback from the users for Product/Content Development. Ensure the issues are resolved & are communicated to the users. - Ensure a delightful customer service experience for EduRev users. - Track & analyze the progress of different experiments done around customer services.

**What do we expect from you? - **Bachelors or Masters Degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% - 0 to 2 yearsof experience in sales/support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
