Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent the hospital at corporate and society meetings.
2. Manage sales leads via phone and in-person.
3. Utilize expertise to sell packages and procedures effectively.
4. Organize and execute health camps responsibly.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and marketing acumen.
3. Ability to understand and explain medical procedures and packages.
4. Event management skills for health camps.
5. Emotional intelligence and empathy to handle patient interactions.
Education and Experience:
1. Graduate degree (minimum).
2. Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
3. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Desirable Qualities:
1. Maturity and professionalism in handling patient interactions.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations.
Consider adding specific metrics or targets to measure performance, such as:
- Sales targets (e.g., number of packages sold per quarter).
- Lead conversion rates.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Camp attendance and engagement metrics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
