**Role Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive parent and student registrations at schools. This individual will serve as the face of LearnGuard Systems in schools, interacting with parents and helping them understand how we can make a difference in their children’s educational journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and demonstrate LearnGuard Systems' solutions to parents and educators at school events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and parent communities.
- Organize and participate in school-based registration events to drive student and parent engagement.
- Communicate how our platform empowers education and enriches the lives of students and families.
- Generate leads through school visits, online outreach, and community events.
- Report on sales progress and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling academic products or services.
- **OR** background as a school teacher with a teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain educational technology solutions in an accessible and persuasive way.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with schools, teachers, and parents.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with school registration processes.
- Experience organizing educational events or workshops.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools.
