Achieve personal and branch school sales targets.
- Develop a school sales team to increase penetration in the qualified school list.
- Increase the adoption rate of Sportal programs in schools.
- Conduct daily visits to school heads and owners, either independently or through shadow visits with team members.
- Promote programs through school conferences, associations, and professional bodies.
- Act as an adventure instructor to ensure the smooth delivery of assigned programs.
- Provide 24/7 support to the team and clients.
- Maintain and update various records and files.
- Comply with all existing and new rules as informed from time to time.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in school sales (preferably in the tour and travel industry).
- Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Sales-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

This role offers ample opportunities to travel and be part of on-ground operations, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Sportal programs

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
