**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
**Client Engagement**:
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
- Present our digital marketing services and solutions to potential clients.
**Customized Proposals**:
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on the client's requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals.
**Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our services and competitive positioning.
**Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Fixed shift
