About the Role

Designation : Pre Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions tailored to their needs.

-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our NMS, ITSM and other tools.

-Provide technical guidance and support to prospects during pre-sales activities, including solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting.



Work Location: 

Delhi

Work Experience: 

2-4 Years of experience

Background and Requirements 

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements:

-Deep understanding of network management concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and REST APIs.

-Hands-on experience with leading NMS tools and platforms, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or

equivalent.

-Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Knowledge such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.

Note: For Pre Sales preferably looking for the one who have experienced working on Network monitoring tools like Manage Engine, Nagios, Zabbix, Solarwinds, etc and ticketing tools like Service now, Jira, Manage Engine, SapphireIMS, Motadata. Networking/ITSM Practices Knowledge is mandatory.
