Rohaan Constructions, a leading real estate developer specializing in villas and apartments construction, is seeking a skilled and motivated **Reception cum Finance Executive **to join with us and drive our team to grow the business. The Reception cum Finance Executive is responsible for managing the front desk and providing essential support to the finance department. This role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle both reception and finance duties.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Handle incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage Front Desk: Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and in a timely manner.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and categorizing company expenses and ensure timely reimbursement for employees.
- Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices for payment, verifying accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with Audits: Provide support during financial audits by organizing and retrieving financial documents and records.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Knowledge in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
