- Share**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Governance:

- Advice the board on matters related to corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Organize and attend board meetings, annual general meetings, and other company meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and circulate agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and committee meetings.

2. Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with company law and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records as required by law.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities NSE Listed.

3. Communication and Documentation:

- Act as a liaison between the company, its directors, and shareholders.
- Maintain and update the company's articles of association and other legal documents.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks affecting the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

5. Advisory Role:

- Provide legal advice to the board and management on various matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory changes.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

6. Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility:

- Promote ethical practices within the organization and ensure adherence to corporate Social responsibility initiatives.

7. Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for directors and employees on corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters.

8. Board Support:

- Assist in the recruitment and induction of new directors.
- Facilitate communication between board members and ensure effective information flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (Not Mandatory), Business Administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification from a recognized institute is desirable (e.g., I
