Onboarding (Saas Sales) Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams to help improve and refine our SaaS offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS industry.
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
- A deep understanding of the SaaS market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving projects to completion.
