About the Job: As a B2B SaaS Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to business clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: --Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. --Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and content marketing. --Write compelling content for marketing materials, website, blogs, case studies, and social media to engage and inform potential clients. --Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials. --Record and produce video content to support marketing initiatives and product demonstrations. --Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points. --Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. --Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align marketing efforts with product features and capabilities. --Optimize marketing content for SEO to improve visibility and organic search rankings. --Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics platforms to inform future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: --Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. --Strong content writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing copy. --Proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). --Experience with video recording and editing tools. --Basic understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools. --Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. --Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. --Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications: --Familiarity with content marketing strategies and analytics platforms. --Previous experience in a technology startup(B2B SAAS) or high-growth environment. --Portfolio showcasing successful sales and marketing campaigns across different formats and channels.
