Job Description: Product Implementation Executive (SaaS ERP) - Surat Location

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Implementation Executive to join our team at our Surat location. This role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable appearance, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Implementation:

- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand clients' requirements and expectations.
- Assist in product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of the SaaS ERP product.
- Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring smooth and successful onboarding.
- Address any product-related queries and provide hands-on support during implementation.

2. Customer Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for clients to familiarize them with the product's functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting them with any technical or operational issues they may encounter.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

3. Relationship Building:

- Develop strong professional relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

4. Product Knowledge and Development:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of the SaaS ERP product.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the product development team for continuous improvement.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, implementations, and issue resolutions.
- Prepare and present reports on implementation progress, customer feedback, and related metrics.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- MBA, BBA, or any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in SaaS product implementation or customer support is a plus, but fresh graduates with enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply.

2. Communication and Presentation Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- A professional and presentable demeanor to represent the company to clients.

3. Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn:

- Proactive and quick to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and master new technologies and processes.

4. Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find appropriate resolutions.

- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's overall success.
