**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative pastry menus in line with the hotel's culinary standards and guest preferences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, including production, plating, and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Train, mentor, and supervise pastry kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen departments to coordinate menu offerings and ensure seamless dining experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the pastry program.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking principles, and dessert presentation.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors, textures, and ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
