Responsibilities
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and features to assist customers effectively.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is tidy, displays are attractive, and products are well-stocked.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and handling any returns or exchanges.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain customer relationships by following up on purchases and addressing any concerns.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational abilities
- A customer-focused mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of design trends can be a plus
Tips for Success
- Stay updated on the latest furniture trends and inventory.
- Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
- Utilize storytelling to make product features more relatable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
