Job Title: Sales Executive - Travel Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in the travel industry to join our team. As a Sales Executive for Travel Services, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of travel products and services, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, passport assistance, and visa assistance. Your primary goal will be to attract new customers, foster strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Promote and sell flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, passport services, and visa assistance to individual and corporate clients.

Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and government agencies for visa and passport processing.

Proactively identify sales opportunities by researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information on travel products, itineraries, prices, and any additional services.

Prepare and present customized travel proposals, itineraries, and packages that meet the specific requirements and preferences of customers.

Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of travel services to clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and changes in passport and visa requirements to provide accurate advice and assistance to customers.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's travel services and expand the customer base.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the travel industry, with a focus on selling flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, passport assistance, and visa services.

In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including flight routes, hotel accommodations, popular holiday destinations, and travel regulations.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements simultaneously.

Proficiency in using travel reservation systems, online booking platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying sales opportunities and driving business growth.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with a customer-centric mindset.

Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per customer demand.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
