- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance SafeAeon’s employer brand, ensuring we are an attractive option for top-tier talent in the cybersecurity industry.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop a recruitment strategy tailored to each role.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**: Ensure that recruiting processes comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies, and stay updated on best practices and market trends within the cybersecurity and tech industry.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and ability to effectively leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and attract talent.
**Professional Experience**:
- **3+ years of recruiting experience**, preferably in technology or cybersecurity, with a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical talent.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple positions simultaneously and achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.
