IT Recruiter
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **3+ years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter**, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Exceptional communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in advanced Boolean search techniques and string manipulation.
- Strong understanding of IT terminology and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (preferred but not required).
