- **Promote Employer Branding**: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- **Utilize Recruiting Tools**: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT industry and emerging technologies to identify top talent.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Desired Skills**:
- Knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and techniques
- Experience with social media recruiting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,722.20 per month
