**About the job**
**Please note - This role is specifically for support agents for a Tool/Product based company. You must be willing to spend time learning about the product and its features.**
As a Support Agent, you will be responsible for understanding, handling, and coordinating the entire customer support journey for our clients, and delivering an exceptional support experience.
**You must have impeccable speaking, reading and writing skills and communication (English) skills.**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to support day-to-day queries via chats and voice calls.
- Excellent call etiquette; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks.
- Assists customers with product selection, answer questions empathetically and suggests various product options that are available.
- Knows how to respond to negative comments/ queries.
**Job Hours**
- 9-hour shift
- 6-days weekly
- Rotational shift and Rotational day-off
**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of support experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge & experience with CRMs
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Other languages known would be an added bonus)
