We are able to regenerate Cartilage and Meniscus in the knee and are able to correct the metabolic issues in Diabetic patients.
The Trainer for Presales Executives will be responsible for delivering training sessions, monitoring pitch effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement in communication skills. You will work closely with the presales team, identifying skill gaps and providing daily feedback to refine their pitching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions to help Presales Executives improve their pitch structure, delivery, and client engagement strategies.
Develop customized training materials, resources, and best practices tailored to meet the needs of the presales team.
Organize regular role-playing sessions to simulate real-life pitch scenarios.
Pitch Evaluation and Improvement:
Review pitches on a daily basis, providing constructive feedback on areas such as content clarity, confidence, and closing techniques.
Identify recurring challenges or areas for improvement and create targeted training interventions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track the progress of each Presales Executive, documenting improvements and highlighting areas that require further development.
Set performance goals with each team member, ensuring that objectives align with the company’s standards.
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
Work closely with sales and product teams to stay updated on key product features, client needs, and market trends.
Adapt training approaches to align with evolving customer expectations and company goals.
Report and Feedback:
Prepare regular reports to management on the effectiveness of training programs, including insights on pitch quality and team performance.
Provide feedback to leadership regarding potential improvements to the presales process based on observations from training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, presales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales and presales processes, customer engagement, and pitch structuring.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback in a supportive manner.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
