**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide relevant product/service information.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and lead information using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and close sales over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Positive and resilient attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
