**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve exhibition space sales targets.
- **Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential exhibitors, understanding their business needs, and presenting the value of participating in our exhibitions.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential exhibitors. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the features and benefits of exhibition spaces. Clearly communicate these to potential clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with exhibitors, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. Prepare and finalize exhibition contracts.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and maximize attendance at exhibitions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospect interactions, and sales closures. Provide regular reports to management.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from exhibitors to continuously improve the quality of our exhibitions and identify areas for enhancement.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the exhibitions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
