**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **User Acquisition**: Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new customers through various digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising.
- **Conversion Optimization**: Analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to optimize the conversion funnel, focusing on improving the overall customer experience and increasing conversion rates.
- **Data Analysis**: Leverage analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions. Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence on social media platforms. Create viral and shareable content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Innovative Marketing Campaigns**: Ideate, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Explore emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Growth Hacker, specifically in E-commerce and B2C environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Creativity and a track record of executing successful growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role
